We will go over:
Core & cardio Fitness
Heat timing/strategy/mental training
Technique
Judging criteria
Equipment theory (what to ride when)

This is a contest surf training not a beginner camp, Our goal is to to help the growing North Florida surf talent develop into great contest surfers. (Micro - Juniors division)

We will start at 5:00pm sharp so get there a little earlier!

1-2 hours a session and this is a Volunteered event so Parents please no drop-offs we are not responsible for your kids you need to be there unless they are already old enough to be at the beach by themselves without you.
